You are powerful as a Role Model if you are visible and if you can reach your audience. If you can engage and inspire. But how do you do this?
Role It Out pairs up with professionals to provide you with a tailored Training Program:
Presentation and Communication
Social Media
Generation communication
All these trainings are in-person and take half a day.
After every training there is an extensive follow-up program:
Extensive material to take home
A three month follow-up period with personal feedback
Several 1-1 sessions with the trainer

What does it cost?
Every company that signs up a Role Model will pay a fixed contribution for the Role Model Program. Role It Out is a non-profit organization. The costs for participating in the Role It Out Program are mainly for the professional skill training program we provide.
For every Role Model, we provide:
Three trainings given by professionals, with an extensive follow-up program per training
Community program and activities for knowledge and experience sharing between Role Models
The opportunity to participate or perform on events via the Role It Out network
