We are small group of women from diverse backgrounds. Two of us completed a technical study, the others have different backgrounds however we all enjoy working for a high tech company!   

We participated in December 2021 to the Nimma Hacks, a hackathon to help health and tech companies in the area of Nijmegen. We were challenged to find a solution to bring more young people and especially women to the workforce. Long story short, we won! And now we are kick-starting our foundation: Role It Out, a female role model agency.
